Your tasks:

• Design and update technical service training for ISUZU distributors, OEMs, and dealers
• Align training content with ISUZU Japan and the European distributor network
• Continuously improving training methods (classroom and digital)
• Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)

You should bring:

• A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
• Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service, from a dealership or workshop environment
• A genuine interest in training and education combined with proven training experience is required
• Business fluent English skills (C1 level or higher)

• A car drivers license is required, and a truck drivers license would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement measures to strengthen Isuzu’s customer relationships in cooperation with dealers and distributors across Europe
• Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers
• Evaluate operations at Isuzu dealers and submit improvement plans
• Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit
• Support the organization and execution of the annual European service conference for distributors
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments in Japan

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a Master Technician or any other equivalent
• Professional knowledge and experience in workshop operations, customer services and aftersales business
• Experience in the commercial vehicle sector and technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles
• Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills
• An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills
• Business fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten an technischen Anlagen wie z.B. Heizung, Kühlung, Sanitär, Lüftung und Druckluft sowie an Brand- und Einbruchsmeldeanlagen
• Tägliche Kontrollgänge durch die technischen Anlagen
• Beauftragung, Koordination und Begleitung externer Fachkräfte
• Pflege der Außenanlagen wie z.B. Heckenschnitt, Rasenmähen, Bewässerung, Winterdienst
• Durchführung von kleineren Reparaturen an der Haustechnik und handwerklichen Arbeiten
• Teilnahme an der wöchentlich wechselnden Rufbereitschaft

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung, alternativ mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister und/oder technischer Allrounder
• Erfahrung in der Gebäude-, Haus- oder Betriebstechnik ist von Vorteil
• Zielstrebiger und gewissenhafter Arbeitsstil sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
• Handwerkliches Geschick sowie die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zuverlässig zu arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Type Approval Testing (TAT) and In-Service Conformity (ISC) activities for combustion engine and emissions certification in accordance with EU regulations.
• Guide internal project teams and ensure compliance with applicable homologation and certification requirements.
• Attend type approval tests and act as the primary interface with technical services and certification authorities in EU and worldwide.
• Coordinate, review and release certification documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on current and future certification activities.
• Collaborate closely with ISUZU global certification department in Japan.

Your Profile::

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Experience in vehicle homologation, certification, or regulatory compliance, with strong knowledge of vehicle systems and EU/UNECE regulations.
• Analytical, structured, and proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Take operational responsibility for managing multiple development projects.
• Lead and coordinate application projects while ensuring commercial and business objectives are achieved.
• Ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day project operations, including resource planning, task prioritisation and close coordination with the Project Operations Manager, Project Managers and Technical Team Leads.
• Plan, manage and deliver projects in close collaboration with our customers.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, defined processes and quality standards.
• Present project progress and project results to customers.
• Identify opportunities for process, resource and project workflow improvements and drive their implementation.
• Take over operational project responsibilities in critical project situations to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed a university degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience managing development projects in the fields of internal combustion engines and powertrain systems, for example as a Senior Project Manager or in a comparable position.
• Strong business acumen combined with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Experience working closely with senior management and executive leadership.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertiveness and a strong team-oriented mindset.
